Community Association Management Aquires Cline & Company, Expanding Capabilities for Area Property Associations

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (July 29, 2009) -- Community Association Management, a leading Charlotte-based property management company, today announced the acquisition of Cline & Company, which has served many of the city's most prestigious condominiums, townhomes and neighborhood communities since 1974. The two companies will join forces as one: Community Association Management.

 

 

The business arrangement is structured to increase Community Association Management's presence and market share in the region while ensuring a seamless transition within existing Cline & Company communities. According to Community Association Management President Derek Greene, the move leverages the complementary strengths of the two companies.
